Thousands of Harley Davidson workers who went on strike earlier this year will not get unemployment checks.
Last February, workers at the plant in York County walked the picket lines for nearly three weeks. Now a state panel says those same workers are not entitled to unemployment for that time.
Under Pennsylvania law unemployment compensation is not allowed when workers are on strike, but is allowed when they are locked out.
