A Minnesota couple received minor injuries Wednesday when their motorcycle flipped on Interstate 40.
At 3 p.m., Clement Crowley, 45, of Howard, Minn. was driving the 2000 Harley-Davidson west on I-40 near the Parker Padgett Road exit, when a tire went flat and caused him to lose control of the bike, according to Trooper J.E. Dowdle of the N.C. Highway Patrol.
Dowdle said the motorcycle flipped a couple of times.
Crowley and his wife, 45-year-old Debra Crowley, were taken by ambulance to Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville.
